En Holdings Pte Ltd was established in February 2000 with the birth of its first outlet, En Japanese Dining Bar in Singapore. Helmed by a family team, Raymond Ng, Peter Ng and Mayumi Matayoshi, was brought together by their mutual love and passion for Japanese food. Brothers Raymond & Peter, together with Mayumi Matayoshi a native from Okinawa, having spent their childhood and a greater part of their life in an often more unknown part of Japan knew they had to show the world what this exotic place could offer.

Since then, there is no stopping them. Growing from strength to strength through these years, they have expanded with outlets dotted throughout Asia, not only show casing Okinawa food, but also traditional & modern Japanese treats as well.
