Accounts Manager / Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
To oversee all finance and cash flow matters.
Handle full set of books including financial reporting, regulatory reporting, management accounting and monthly closing.
Responsible for GST and CPF submission.
Monthly inter-company settlement status and reconciliation report.
Cash & banking duties
Establishing, refining, and maintaining financial policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Yearly budgeting
Payroll & taxation.
Requisition and stocktaking of office supplies.
Any ad-hoc reporting, projects and administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Accounting or higher.
3-5 relevant experience in handling full sets of accounts.
Strong communication, listening and organizational skills.
Strong analytical, planning and meticulous.
Proficient in MS Office applications and Preferably familiar with QuickBooks accounting software
Able to work independently
Position 2
HR & Admin Manager / Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
To handle full spectrum of human resource functions.
A good understanding & knowledge of labour legislations (i.e. MOM Rules & Regulations).
To handle administrations in office.
Recruitment and training program.
Any other ad-hoc administrative duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years experience handling in HR & Admin matters.
Resourceful, independent, diplomatic and possess excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
Good written and spoken English.
Immediate position is available.
Position 3
OUTLETS MANAGER/ASST.MGR/SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:
Ensure the consistent delivery of the experience (creating a happy, upbeat and enjoyable atmosphere) to our guests
Maintain high level of customer service standards
Achieve sales target through effective selling and cost control
Responsible for the daily operations of the outlets (including coaching, lead & manage service crews and roster staff duties)
Requirements:
Min 3 years experience preferably a supervisory role in managing an outlet
Well groomed with strong passion in F&B industry
Self motivated, resourceful with a high degree of initiative and maturity
Willingness to work shifts and during weekend and Public Holidays
Singaporeans / Singapore PR only
Position 4
SERVICE CREW / COOKS
(Full Time / Part Time)

Requirements:
Willing to work shifts, during weekend and Public Holidays.
Experience is not necessary as training will be provided, however additional experience in fast food restaurant will be an added advantage.
Young and vibrant with outgoing personality and high level of energy and a passion for service.
Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
For Part Timers, required to work minimum twice a week
